Geometry and Dimension
The size of the HS-Jackscrew depends on three parameters:
1.
How much gap do you have on site?
2.
How much shifting do you need during the installation in order to compensate a uneven base?
Our standard sizes start at 20 mm and will go as high as 60 mm.
The shifting height is equal to the difference resulting from A to B.
Type HS | Type KS | A | B |
HS 20 | KS 2020 | 20 mm | 25 mm |
HS 25 | KS 2025 | 25 mm | 35 mm |
HS 30 | KS 4030 | 30 mm | 37 mm |
HS 35 | KS 4035 | 35 mm | 47 mm |
HS 40 | KS 4040 | 40 mm | 57 mm |
HS 45 | KS 4045 | 45 mm | 67 mm |
HS 50 | KS 9045 | 50 mm | 70 mm |
HS 60 | KS 9060 | 60 mm | 85 mm |
3.
How much does your installation weigh?
Our standard series can be loaded with up to 200 kN.
The "Strong one" - our HS 60 - can carry a maximum of 400 kN.
In most applications, the standard leveling jackscrews are used, since their capacity of 200 kN, which corresponds to approximately 20 tons, is more than sufficient.
For some installations, however, our HS 60 with about 39tons of lifting capacity will be used.
